Tulipa Drumline is a unique tulip. This variety boasts large, peony-like flowers with a beautiful deep pink and white edges, creating a lovely contrast. The elegant flowers stand on tall, sturdy stems, making them a stunning eye-catcher in the garden. These tulips grow to approximately 45 cm tall and combine beautifully with other tulips. The bulbs can be planted in the ground or in pots on the balcony. They are also excellent as cut flowers. Plant the bulbs between September and December and enjoy their magnificent blooms in May.
Care The best time to plant the bulbs is when the trees begin to lose their leaves. The soil has cooled sufficiently by then. Tulips can be planted about 15–20 cm deep in loose soil. The bulbs should be spaced 10 cm apart. Tulips prefer a sunny or partially shaded spot. Planted in the ground, tulips can withstand any weather. If you plant them in a pot, it's best to temporarily store them in a cold shed during severe frost.
Size On delivery, the bulbs have a circumference of approximately 11/12 cm.
